Delete My Account & Data

This page explains how to request deletion of your account and personal data from Famotive, an app published on Google Play and the App Store by developer SkidGFX (Nathan Pillman), doing business as Tactician Studios LLC of Kansas City, Missouri. This applies to a Parent's account and to any child profiles created under it.

1.How to Request Deletion

Step 1 · Email your request to

To help us locate and verify your account, your email should include:

Step 2 — Identify your account. Include the email address associated with your Famotive Parent account.
Step 3 — State what to delete. Use the subject line "Data Deletion Request." Ask to delete the entire family account, or name a specific child profile (nickname/username) if you only want that profile removed.
Step 4 — Confirm your identity. We may reply to the same email address to confirm the request came from the account's Parent before deleting anything.
Step 5 — Deletion is completed. We process and complete verified requests within 30 days and email you once it's done. See the retention details below for what happens in the meantime.

Prefer not to email? You can request deletion directly in the app instead: open Famotive, go to Account Settings → Delete Account, and confirm. No email required — this starts the same deletion process immediately.

2.Data Deleted vs. Retained

Data	What happens to it
Parent account (name, email, password, billing details)	Permanently deleted within 30 days
Child profile(s) (nickname, avatar, age range)	Permanently deleted within 30 days
Chore history, XP, achievements, rewards, and family goal progress	Permanently deleted within 30 days
Device identifiers and push notification tokens	Permanently deleted within 30 days
Encrypted backup copies of the above	Purged on our routine backup rotation, no later than 90 days after deletion; not accessed or used in the meantime
Transaction/billing records required for tax, accounting, or fraud-prevention law	Retained up to 7 years as required by applicable law, then deleted

We will process and complete verified deletion requests within 30 days of confirming your identity, and email you once it's done.
