Tactician Studios LLC ("Tactician Studios," "we," "us," or "our") operates Famotive, a family productivity and chore-management application that helps parents assign and manage household responsibilities and helps children complete them through a gamified experience (the "Service" or "App"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices available to you, including special protections for children who use Famotive under a parent's or guardian's account.
By creating a Famotive account or using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
When a parent or guardian ("Parent") creates a Famotive account, we collect:
Child profiles are created and managed entirely by a Parent within the Parent's account. We intentionally limit what we collect directly from children:
We do not knowingly collect a child's email address, phone number, precise geolocation, or government-issued identifiers, and children cannot use Famotive without a Parent-created and Parent-managed account.

We do not use children's personal information for targeted or behavioral advertising, and we do not sell children's personal information.
The Famotive app contains no third-party advertising or analytics software. We do not track you or your children across other companies' apps or websites, and we do not access your device's advertising identifier (IDFA / Advertising ID).
We do not sell personal information. We may share information in the following limited circumstances:

Future optional integrations (for example, with third-party gaming or rewards platforms) will only share information with your, or your Parent account's, explicit opt-in consent, and will be described in an updated version of this Policy before becoming active.
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction, including encryption in transit, access controls, and routine security review. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We retain Parent and child information for as long as the account remains active. If a Parent deletes the family account or a specific child profile, we will delete or de-identify the associated personal information within a commercially reasonable time, except where we are required to retain it to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. Parents may exercise these rights on behalf of their child's profile at any time. To make a request, contact us at privacy@famotive.org. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
You can also manage most information directly in the app: edit or delete a child profile, adjust notification preferences, or close your account from Account Settings.
Famotive is operated from the United States. If you use the Service from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, which may have data protection laws different from those of your country.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify Parents by email or through an in-app notice before the changes take effect. The "Effective Date" above reflects the latest revision.
